Homalanthus populifolius -Native bleeding heart, or Queensland-poplar
Australian rainforest small tree to 6m tall, common in regrowth. Fruits are food for a birds.
Family: Euphorbiaceae

I am not quite sure about taxon: Homalanthus nutans could be a synonym, or another species www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/splist.pl?8438

My book of QLD museum plants guide gives description of similar looking tree as Homalanthus nutans

Location: Lamington National Park, (the camping ground). There are many around.
Queensland Australia
