This would allow you to have employees on a W2 status. YOu should check into that first b/c that could be costly. Once you've gotten that taken care of, you'll need to deal with liability insurance etc... You'll need the lawnmowers, weedwackers, good transportation and also if you are going to have your employees driving these trucks with this equipment in it, they may need a commercial drivers license...may want to check into that as well. It's gonna cost you to do it right. If you dont want to do it "right" then just through a sign on the side of your truck, the lawn mowing equipment in the back and pay them under the table!
