1 is the Housing and Urban Development Agency (HUD)
2 & 3 are fall under the Food & Drug Administration (FDA)
Industries don’t “belong” to any Federal Department but they may be regulated by more than one department or administration depending on what they do.

They can be regulated by many, many agencies.
I work for a pharmaceutical company that is regulated by FDA, DEA, possibly Homeland Security, OSHA, SEC, EPA, and local fire departments and more.
